AX3230 is a long range and anti-interference ITOF depth image sensor for vehicle application. The pixel array resolution is 160*80. Pseudo-random sequence coding modulation and demodulation technology, pixel-level folding integration and column-level ADC technology are used inside the chip to ensure that the sensor has high interference immunity, high dynamic range and high ranging accuracy，and can achieve the range of 200 meters.
